The balance to keep a busy healthy life and prevent my mind and body from the daily stress is swimming, meditations, good wine and movies/books.
I believe the best cure is having a hobby. When you have a hobby your mind has the ability to switch off and relax.
I do meditations and yoga, i find it helpful.
