Yes and No…Although if your partner loves you enough he should make the effort. This will be beneficial for him and for you! No one likes the smell of ash and cigarettes!

Myself i have asked for professional help and now i am taking medicines. it does helps and the big step is to admit there is a problem and not to be ashamed to look for help. It has taken me 4 years to open and admit as i have always thought this is a nonsense and only weak and unstable people are getting depressed- Big, Huge mistake.
Depression is an illness like every other illness and there is a treatment too!
