Being a dr i see many patients on daily basis suffering frm anxiety but remain ignorant. My speciality is ENT/head & neck surgery but patients reporting to me when i dig deeply in their issues ,i get mostly anxiety de main reason. N most of them just need sum 1 listen to their issues which can b domestic, professiinal, social etc.
Main purpose of starting this topic is to highlight that every1 of us need to c inside our life n reflect where we lag behind. Getting too much busy in sum self set priorities n run behind them neglecting n taking so much pressure plus ignoring relaxing therapies which may include talk to a frend, discuss many things which deep inside bothering n many more. We need to reflect on daily basis n in other words self catharsis. That will help alot to realize issues we r ignoring at de cost of getting more more of anxious n leading to depression.
So lets start reflecting n change our way of thinking leading to healthier life with peaceful mind. Stay blessd everyone
could you you advise on the noise in my ears, it is constant annoying noise!?
Sometimes my hearing is affected- I hear all the sentences as one word!it lasts for few days and then gone and come back every now and then.
I had some check ups and they said I got a groth on my left ear and I need a surgery, but this is too scary.
Is there anything I could do to avoid surgery?
Stress related hearing issue has nothing to do with any growth or any surgical management. Definitely a clue is missing. U need detail evaluation of hearing and for stress u need to work with ur physician in fnding cause, if required self catharsis n counseling may help to overcum stress.
